Back Assembler / 62898 Manufacturing North Syracuse , NY Contract $17.00 - $17.00 Assembler $17/hour | 1st Shift 5:00AM-1:30PM Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Assembler candidates for a temporary manufacturing opportunity. This assignment is expected to continue through a planned facility closure in March. Responsibilities Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions. Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and manuals. Use hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers. Inspect parts and completed work for defects, damage, and quality issues. Follow established safety, quality, productivity, and delivery standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Qualifications Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to learn will also be considered. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to adapt to production needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive working relationships. This is a temporary position expected to run through March due to a planned facility closure.
