Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Assembler performs a range of repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, frames, and cable assemblies. This role follows engineering drawings and diagrams to assemble, modify, and test parts using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements. Requirements Position Details
  • Aerospace / Industrial Manufacturing
  • Contract - 11 Months (Approx.)
  • Full Time, 4/10 First Shift
  • Must be a U.S. Person
  • Tool Not Required
  • $20.00/hourly (OT Eligible) Education & Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Experience with mechanical assembly (1-2 years required, preferred level)
  • Exposure to composite technology is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
  • Assembles electronic and mechanical components, including modules, panels, boards, frames, and cable assemblies
  • Interprets engineering drawings, diagrams, and layouts to execute production tasks
  • Utilizes hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws to complete assembly operations
  • Performs continuity checks and verifies work in process and completed assemblies
  • Conducts quality inspections in accordance with established specifications
  • Disassembles, modifies, reworks, and reassembles experimental or prototype units as required
  • Supports testing of assemblies under simulated operating conditions
