Job Title:

Assembler Job Summary We are seeking an Assembler to join a production team focused on precision assembly work. This role involves operating small equipment, assembling small and medium-sized components, performing detailed measurements, and reading blueprints to ensure accurate builds. Candidates should be comfortable working with delicate parts and performing rework or repairs as needed. Key Responsibilities Operate small equipment including presses, magnetizing/demagnetizing tools, and scanners. Assemble small and medium-sized parts with accuracy and attention to detail. Fit, adjust, and measure parts using indicators, calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform repairs and rework on sub-assemblies and major assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to complete assembly tasks correctly. Essential Skills Experience with small-parts or mechanical assembly. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Strong basic math abilities, including reading a ruler. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in small-piece assembly. Ability to work with delicate or sensitive components. • 7:00 PM (Fri) Additional hours may be required depending on workflow. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00
