Assembly Technician

Temp Beyond Talentedge is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our clients' manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products and components using tools and equipment while following detailed instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities:
  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete tasks
  • Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies
  • Escalate quality concerns to leadership as needed
  • Operate assembly equipment, tools, and machinery safely
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
  • Recommend ways to improve production efficiency and product quality
  • Support team initiatives to reduce waste and streamline processes
  • Accurately record production output and job-related data
  • Complete required quality and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and engineering staff
  • Communicate clearly regarding production updates or issues
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Pay/Benefits/Hours:
