We are currently seeking a Metal Shop Assembler to join our growing team. This position is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and modifying metal products using a wide range of mechanical technologies, materials, and shop equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on metal fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Receive and prioritize daily work order assignments Review job Bills of Materials (BOMs) and verify kit inventory Reference MPCD and custom work documentation using electronic systems Collaborate with the Sales team to support design opportunities while remaining within the established business model Fabricate, assemble, and modify metal components using shop equipment and hand tools Process returned manufactured products for repair, refurbishment, or restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned All employees are required to adhere to guidelines for safety, PPE, tool use, etc. All employees are required to read and follow the employee manual distributed by Tower Products Incorporated and the Quality Policy Statement.
