We are seeking a Sling Fabricator to manufacture wire rope slings and custom lifting assemblies accurately and safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wire rope slings and lifting assemblies. Operate hydraulic presses, cut-off saws, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and proper construction. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Use basic computer systems to process orders and track production. Operate a forklift to move materials when required. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job status and materials. Meet production schedules and assist the fabrication team as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications. Ability to work safely with tools and machinery. Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment. Previous fabrication, rigging, or wire rope experience is a plus, but training may be provided.

Pay:

$18.72 - $20.98 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
