1017752 Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies. Follow established methods and sequences of operations for assembly work. Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing . Make required setups and adjustments while maintaining blueprint specifications and tolerances. Read and follow blueprints and assembly specifications accurately. Identify and resolve moderately difficult assembly issues using sound judgment. Make recommendations when needed to improve or resolve assembly-related issues. Work with limited day-to-day instruction and complete assigned objectives independently. Interact with peers and customers to exchange or present factual information. Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the assembly process.

Required Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of related assembly experience . Electronic or electro-mechanical assembly experience. Hands-on soldering experience. Wiring experience. Cable/wire harnessing experience. Experience with component installation . Ability to read and follow blueprints or engineering drawings . Ability to work with required tolerances and specifications. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.
