MANUFACTURING HIRING EVENT 9/17 10
00-1:30 Looking for steady work, a 4-day workweek, and the opportunity to earn overtime? Sapphire Recruitment is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join Briggs & Stratton teams in Sherrill and Munnsville, NY .
We have openings in:
Assembly | Fabrication | Finish Paint $20.00/hour Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM 3-day weekends when Friday overtime is not scheduled Friday overtime: $30.00/hour Friday overtime is scheduled based on production needs and may be required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of manufacturing experience to be considered. We're looking for people who are: Reliable and ready to work Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Detail-oriented and focused on quality Able to use basic hand and air tools Able to perform basic math Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to learn and work as part of a team A high school diploma is preferred but not required .
WHAT YOU MAY BE DOING
Depending on the department, responsibilities may include: Assembling components and making adjustments to meet specifications Using hand and air tools Supporting fabrication or finishing operations Inspecting parts and completed work for quality Following established safety procedures Keeping your work area clean and organized
