Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level SMT Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. The successful candidate will responsible for assembly, inspection, of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). Previous SMT/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. The candidate ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 pounds. Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Stencil Pinter, Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven, PCBA.s clean machine. Comfortable using microscopes or magnification equipment. Plus other assembly tools and able to read and interpret assembly documents and engineering drawings. Education and Required Skills High School Diploma Strong computer and written skills Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work with small electronic components Ability to follow written and verbal instructions work in Hi -Rel or relative environment Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings Great communication skills and ability to work both independently and team environment Knowledge of
IPC-A-610
standards ,Familiarity with electronic components Basic soldering experience.(a plus, but not required) Willing to train an enthusiastic applicant willing to learn a new skill This position provides an excellent opportunity to begin a career in electronics manufacturing with opportunities to advance into SMT machine operation, inspection, or manufacturing engineering support.
