Job Summary What You'll Do As a Sales Agent Engagement Specialist , you'll play a key role in growing our network of successful insurance agents. You'll connect with aspiring agents, build relationships, and guide them through the onboarding and contracting process as they launch their careers with us. You'll become an expert in agent contracting and carrier requirements while partnering closely with agents, agencies, sales leaders, and internal teams to create a seamless and positive experience. Primary Responsibilities:
Engage with Insurance agents : Actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.Business growth:
Work closely with agents to help them grow their business with SSNA Team collaboration : Collaborate effectively with a close-knit team of mentors within the department to achieve common goals. Continuous learning : Continually learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques in the field of marketing.Career development:

Maintain strong communication with team members, agents, and other stakeholders. Administrative tasks : Perform basic computer tasks such as typing, data entry, and using Microsoft Office tools efficiently.Primary Skills & Requirements:
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people through outbound calls, is confident starting conversations, and brings experience in sales, or customer outreach. Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Compensation:
The general pay scale for this open position is $50,000-$60,937.00. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate's experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.Pay:
