We're looking for reliable, hands-on team members to join our Assembly team. This is an entry-level position—no advanced experience required. If you show up, take pride in your work, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to talk to you. This role supports a variety of assembly functions including product assembly, inspection, packaging, and general production support. What You'll Do Assemble products by hand and with basic tools Inspect parts and finished products for quality Package completed items for shipment or inventory Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Identify and flag defects or production issues Follow production schedules and meet daily goals Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required—we'll train the right person) Comfortable working with your hands and using basic tools Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Willingness to follow safety guidelines and processes What Sets You Apart You take pride in doing things right the first time You're someone your team can count on You bring a positive, can-do attitude to the floor Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor setting Shift time: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Hands-on, active role (standing, moving, using tools throughout the shift) Team-oriented environment Why Join Us We're a down-to-earth team that values hard work, respect, and getting the job done right.
