Pay Rate:

$21.00

• $24.00/Hour (Based On Exp.) + 10% Shift Differential ($23.10
• $26.40/Hour) 5% Bonus Eligibility Upon Permanent Hire Shift(s): 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM | Monday

Friday Job Duties:

Assemble optical components according to work instructions Perform basic assembly using hand tools and fixtures Inspect components for quality and proper fit Handle delicate glass and optical components carefully Follow assembly procedures and quality standards Maintain accurate production documentation Notify supervisors of defects or production concerns Maintain clean workstations and organized materials Follow all company safety procedures Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable attendance

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Clean manufacturing environment Frequent sitting and repetitive hand movements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
