The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory environment and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to our assembly line operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently, meeting quality standards. Duties Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively during the assembly process. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow on the assembly line. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during the assembly process. Follow all safety protocols and procedures within the manufacturing facility. Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues that may arise during assembly. Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
