In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, assemble components, and ensure the smooth flow of production processes. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will help us meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Operate assembly line equipment and machinery with precision to assemble products according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to perform various assembly tasks efficiently. Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished goods within the facility. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklift or manual handling techniques. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential issues or inefficiencies on the production line. Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards. Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in a manufacturing environment.
