We are a leading commercial casework manufacturer serving Northeast Ohio and customers throughout the United States. This position is responsible for assembling commercial cabinetry and related components including installing hardware, hanging doors, mounting drawer fronts, and preparing finished products for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take pride in their work, and become part of a strong manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a team player with a solid work ethic looking to become part of a well-established and growing company. We are looking to fill this role immediately. We are willing to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Assemble commercial cabinets and casework components according to shop drawings and production specifications Install hardware including hinges, drawer slides, pulls, locks, and accessories Hang and adjust cabinet doors and drawer fronts for proper fit and alignment Verify cabinet dimensions, squareness, and overall quality during assembly Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with packaging and preparing completed products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards Qualifications Previous cabinet assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful but not required Laminating experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and develop new skills Strong attention to detail and quality Good work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to lift and move materials consistent with manufacturing work requirements Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off (PTO) On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Stable, full-time employment Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Some Saturdays required based on production schedules and workload demands Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee of this job.
