This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components and conveyor systems using hand and power tools while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and takes pride in producing quality products. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and conveyor systems according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, process instructions, and work orders. Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with additional production and assembly projects as assigned. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Requirements Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred. Experience using hand and power tools required. Experience reading blueprints or assembly drawings preferred. Quality inspection or measurement experience is a plus. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to accurately measure components and follow specifications. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic computer skills preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Qualifications Forklift experience is a plus. Experience using calipers, gauges, micrometers, or other measuring tools is preferred. Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
