Job Description

Seeking Production Line Workers Steady Work. Strong Pay. Solid Future. ResourceMFG is hiring Production Associates for a full-time opportunity in Beach City . The long-term goal is for you to move to 3rd shift , so candidates must be open to working both 1st and 3rd .
Job duties:
Train on 1st shift until transition to 3rd is available Follow all safety and operational procedures Use hand tools and perform hands-on tasks Keep workspace clean and organized Document production and quality checks accurately Work with your team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing experience required Stable and consistent work history Willingness to work 1st shift during initial training period Long-term availability for 3rd shift schedule Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and reach #nowhiring
