CNC Laser Cutting & Fabrication Technician We are currently seeking candidates with experience in CNC laser cutting to operate laser cutting equipment and support sheet metal fabrication at an innovative manufacturing company in Cuyahoga Falls. In this position, you will focus on producing precision parts from stainless steel and other metals used in commercial kitchen equipment.

$20.00

•$25.00 per hour, based on experience

8:00am

•4:30pm, Monday

Friday Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber laser preferred) Load, unload, and stage sheet metal materials Cut stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum components Read blueprints, technical drawings, and cut lists Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and measuring tools Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Support secondary fabrication processes (deburring, grinding, forming) Maintain production efficiency, quality, and safety standards Work closely with welding, fabrication, and assembly teams

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Experience in CNC laser cutting, metal fabrication, or manufacturing Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience working with sheet metal and stainless steel Strong attention to detail and quality control Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods

Preferred Skills:

Fiber laser experience (Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, Mazak) CNC machine operation CAD/CAM or nesting software experience Press brake, metal forming, or general fabrication experience Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure
