Assembler 20-21/hr Start ASAP Overtime Available We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling parts and products according to work instructions while meeting quality and productivity standards. Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools Follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet production goals and deadlines Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervision Adhere to all safety and company policies Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 40 lbs] Work Environment Manufacturing/production floor Standing, bending, and repetitive tasks required PPE required as needed Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
