12-hour shifts (standing) Position Summary We are seeking motivated, reliable entry-level team members to join our manufacturing floor as General Assemblers at Vertiv Corp in Franklin Furnace. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and bolting manufacturing components using hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, and power tools in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and secure manufacturing pieces using screwdrivers, wrenches, power tools, and hand tools. Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently while adhering to all quality and safety standards. Stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Entry-level (no prior manufacturing experience required; full training provided).

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for 12-hour shifts and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Safety Gear:

Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.

Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Screening:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay:
