Job Description

As an Assembler Level 1 you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will impact our production efficiency and product quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
YOU MUST HAVE
6+ Months experience in manufacturing. Ability to lift up to 35lbs. Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
WE VALUE
Basic understanding of assembly processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role. Basic knowledge of quality control principles. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
