Our growing manufacturing operation in Holland, Ohio is looking for reliable individuals to become part of our production department. As a member of our team, you will assist with various stages of the manufacturing process and work alongside experienced employees to help create high-quality windows. You will also have opportunities to receive training in multiple areas and expand your manufacturing knowledge and skills. Job Responsibilities Perform assigned production and assembly tasks based on daily manufacturing needs and schedules. Move between different production areas when needed to help maintain workflow. Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and appropriately. Follow established safety requirements and quality control procedures. Keep your work area clean, orderly, and productive during each shift. Required Qualifications Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to remain on your feet and complete physically active work throughout the day. Basic knowledge of and comfort using hand tools. Dependable transportation and consistent attendance. Preferred Experience Previous work experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a plus. Familiarity with saws or other cutting equipment is helpful, but not required.
