Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring an Assembler & Bodywork Manufacturing Associate to prepare and assemble fiberglass, metal, and wood components for finishing and painting. This position works closely with the production team and uses hand and power tools to ensure each unit is properly assembled, repaired, cleaned, and ready for the next stage of production. Key Responsibilities Prepare products for painting by cleaning, sanding, and handling materials. Assemble fiberglass, metal, and wood surrounds, pods, and cabinets. Sand, cut, bolt, attach parts, and prepare completed units for painting. Assemble and wire light fixtures as required. Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively. Inspect, clean, and assemble metal parts before beginning work. Remove small pits and dimples from body metal; file, grind, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces. Mix polyester resins and hardeners used to restore damaged areas. Qualifications Minimum 3 months of previous manufacturing experience . English is not required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Previous assembly and manufacturing experience required. Knowledge of hand and power tools, including hand sanders, preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Ability to stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance, teamwork, discipline, and willingness to complete the job. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Starting at $16/hour, depending on experience Weekly pay Work Authorization Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
