London, OH Pay Rate:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality. Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred. Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial. Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
