Assembler IHI Connectors - 2.7 Mentor, OH Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Manual assembly Full Job Description Job description This is a 1st shift position. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm . Ø Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work with an average of 1,000 motion cycles per hour Ø Must be able to lift parts and components from the floor to the work table, and from the work table to the next processing area - lifting 35 pounds required frequently, 40 pounds occasionally Ø Assemble screws and other components into electrical junction blocks, using the automatic screw table and various hand tools. Ø Inspect parts for quality while assembling, per written and verbal instructions Ø Maintain production levels over the minimum wage level Ø Box parts as necessary, per a written instructions Ø Operate a counting scale Ø Assemble correct components into parts per verbal instructions or job sheet Ø Set up and adjust automatic screw table Ø Maintain automatic screw table machinery - check and add hydraulic oil, clean machine, change bearings, couplings, and drivers Any other assigned task as requested by the supervisor, or acting supervisor, within the training level and physical capabilities of the employee
