Monday-Friday | No Weekends We are currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Mentor, OH. Job Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production procedures Use basic hand tools and equipment as required Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality standards Follow all company safety procedures Identify and report defects or production issues Requirements Must be able to speak and read English to understand work instructions, safety information, and production documentation Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment Must be able to pass a background check Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus Schedule & Overtime Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM There is no weekend work . Overtime may occasionally be available but is not mandatory .
