$17/hr + $1.25/hr 2nd Shift Differential ( $18.25/hr )

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

2:30 PM-10:30

PM Monday-Thursday:

3:30 PM-1:30 AM Job Description Perform precision assembly of FDA-regulated devices in a controlled manufacturing environment. Follow detailed work instructions and LEAN processes while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble small components using gluing, weaving, coiling, welding, and packaging techniques. Use hand tools and benchtop pneumatic presses. Inspect parts and maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Follow PPE, gowning, safety, and LEAN procedures. Complete required production and quality documentation.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Previous assembly/manufacturing experience is a plus.
