In this onsite 2nd shift role (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), you will work closely with supervision and fellow technicians to meet production requirements and maintain safety and quality standards. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and follow established procedures Read, interpret, and apply assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions Operate test equipment, verify calibrations, and conduct test audits Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed Make adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies Assist and instruct others in daily activities as needed Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas Follow safety rules and participate in quality and safety processes Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or GED US Person status Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Manual dexterity and willingness to learn Ability to maintain satisfactory performance while following procedures and safety requirements Here's What Else Might Help You Out At least 1 year of manufacturing experience Pay Range $12.90 - $16.12/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
