Job Requirement Follow detailed work instructions to assemble precision components using hand tools and bench-top pneumatic presses. Perform various assembly processes, including gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, and welding. Handle and inspect small parts to ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report production, part, equipment, or process concerns to the team lead or supervisor. Follow safety procedures, including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support LEAN manufacturing practices by following standard work, completing safety observations, submitting improvement ideas, and maintaining Hour-by-Hour Board updates. Meet quality requirements and complete all required production and quality documentation. Work effectively as part of a team in a controlled manufacturing environment. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to follow shop practices, including proper gowning and PPE requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
