Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools Operate light machining equipment including grinders and mills Perform product inspections and functional testing Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards Maintain production schedules and quality expectations Keep work area clean and organized Support continuous improvement and team goals
Qualifications:
Mechanical assembly experience required Basic machining experience (grinder, mill, drill press, hone, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using measuring tools preferred High attention to detail and quality
High School Diploma or GED Ideal Candidate:
Someone who enjoys working with their hands, has experience in both assembly and light machining, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to be part of a team manufacturing products that make a meaningful difference. #IND1
