Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Composite Assembly Technician to join us in a Full-Time, Direct Hire position!

Responsibilities:

Interpret and utilize engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and build instructions accurately. Perform integration and build out of components into final product. Execute advanced adhesive bonding of composite components with precision. Prepare, complete, and troubleshoot parts to ensure high quality integration Assemble primary components and conduct post-process add-on component assemblies

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in composites fabrication, assembly, or a related field. Strong technical composite assembly skills. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with composite materials, resin systems, and curing methods.
