Finishing Assembler

We are an innovative facility specializing in injection molding, including gas assist molding, and structural foam molding. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary. We offer paid training, health insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off and Sick Time. Must be able to pass a background check.

Summary:

As a Finishing Assembler, you will play a key role in our manufacturing operations by operating assembly equipment, completing product‑finishing tasks, and ensuring every item meets our quality standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, steady and reliable productivity, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while working at a consistent production pace.

What you will do:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation to support efficient production. Adhere to all company safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Work efficiently at line pace while staying fully capable across all assigned tasks. Exercise sound judgment and effective decision‑making in daily responsibilities. Demonstrate strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity. Perform paced, repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and quality.

Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise, detail‑oriented tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods while working at a steady production pace. Capability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of routine job duties.
