Assembly & Wiring Technician Location:
Milford, OH First Shift 7am to 3:30pm
Mon-Friday Pay Rate:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly & Wiring Technician to join our team in Milford, OH. No experience necessary - we will train the right candidate! In this role, you will assemble systems directly from technical drawings and execute precision electrical wiring with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Assembly:
Build and assemble units accurately according to engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Precision Wiring:
Route, connect, and install wiring in a neat, orderly, and high-quality manner.
Component Knowledge:
Apply a practical understanding of basic electrical components during assembly.
Process Improvement:
Assist in designing and creating wire harness boards and wiring documentation/notes to streamline assembly and cut production time on future projects.
Tool Operation:
Safely and proficiently utilize standard electrical and mechanical wiring tools (crimpers, wire strippers, soldering irons, hand tools).

Complete assigned tasks and projects accurately within expected timeframes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
Actively participate in cross-training by helping team members learn new skills and learning new processes yourself. Qualifications & Requirements No experience necessary - on-the-job training provided! Prior experience in mechanical assembly, panel wiring, or wire harness fabrication is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn how to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams. Strong manual dexterity and attention to visual detail. Solid communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $20.00
