As a Engine Assembly Technician​​​​​​​ , you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Engine Assembly team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

1st Shift. Working a 4x10 + mandatory overtime on Friday Monday

•Thursday 7:00 am

•5:30 with a half hour lunch. Friday is 7:00 to 4:00. What's the Job? Assemble Karno™ linear engine subassemblies, including reactor, heater, chillers, seal systems, and linear generator interfaces Perform axial and concentric alignment of linear components to tight tolerances Execute precision stack-up controlled assemblies, ensuring tolerance accuracy for efficiency and reliability Install and verify critical sealing interfaces supporting high-pressure, high-heat environments Support testing, teardown, inspection, and iterative improvements based on test feedback What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, military training, or trade school preferred 3-7 years of precision mechanical assembly experience, ideally in advanced engine, aerospace, or high-tolerance electromechanical environments Experience with seal installation, press fits, torque, and preload-controlled fastening Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and assembly schematics Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in measurement tools and attention to detail What's in it for me?
