The primary function for this position is to assemble mechanical and electrical components for commercial foodservice equipment while meeting established quality and production standards. This hands-on role also supports packaging, material handling, inventory activities, and continuous improvement efforts in a safe manufacturing environment. Job Summary The primary function of this position is to produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies for industrial equipment and aftermarket orders. This entails following detailed work instructions, processes and procedures. An employee in this role is expected to assist in the packing and inspection of industrial equipment. Additional duties include but not limited to; report problems with quality and equipment, maintain a clean & safe working environment and all other assignments as directed by the supervisor. Responsibilities and Duties Assemble components by following documentation. Pick, stage, and replenish materials to support assembly and packaging operations. Package finished equipment for shipment using approved packaging methods and material-handling equipment. Safely operate tools and material-handling equipment perform other duties as assigned. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to be adhered by employee. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or GED is required Prior assembly experience is highly preferred (6 months or more). Adhere to all Company policies, mission, vision and core beliefs.
