  • Job Title:
    Production Assembler - Pneumatic and Electronic Systems
  • Job Description
  • This role focuses on assembling, packaging, and labeling components for pneumatic and electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work on a first-shift schedule, collaborate closely with team members, and support various areas of production while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Assemble, package, and label components for pneumatic and electronic systems according to established procedures and specifications.
+ Accurately log daily activities and production data for the assigned work area using basic computer applications. + Place material orders as assigned to ensure production has the necessary components and supplies. + Troubleshoot and correct basic product issues as needed to maintain quality and minimize downtime. + Assist in various areas of production as needed to support overall workflow and meet demand. + Work effectively with team members in a work cell environment to achieve production goals. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards. + Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures at all times. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment safely and correctly. + Perform packing and packaging tasks, including preparing products for shipment. + Use a forklift as needed, if qualified, to move materials and products around the facility.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
+ Basic manufacturing experience, including familiarity with assembly line processes. + Ability to read and interpret basic assembly drawings and follow written instructions. + Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly, packaging, and labeling. + Ability to perform basic tasks on a computer, including data entry and activity logging. + Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a team environment. + Ability to work standing up for a full shift. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. + Capability to perform packing and packaging tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. + Experience operating a forklift is beneficial. + Comfort working in a busy, high-demand production environment. + Strong communication skills and a cooperative approach to working in work cells. + Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Work Environment
  • This position is on the first shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.
m. to 3:00 p.m. The schedule includes two ten-minute breaks and a twenty-minute lunch period. The facility operates work cells in a busy production setting and maintains a clean and organized environment. You will work on your feet for most of the shift, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs and using hand tools, power tools, and, when qualified, forklifts. Basic computer use is part of the daily workflow. Overtime is available for those who want it but is not required, providing flexibility while supporting production demands.

  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $17.
00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
