Job Description
Pivot Staffing's client — a 160‑year‑old, $4 Billion global banking powerhouse located in North Canton is hiring 50 Assembly and Repair workers now. Assembly Workers support production lines by building, mounting, and installing components used in advanced banking technology equipment. Repair Workers ensure all returned or defective units are diagnosed, rebuilt, and restored to full working condition to keep global banking systems running smoothly. All Assembly and Repair position is 90 days temp‑to‑hire.

Assembly & Repair Workers:

Assembly Workers Duties:
Component Assembly — Build, mount, and install mechanical and electronic parts used in ATM and banking technology units. Blueprint & Work Instruction Following — Read and follow detailed production instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Hand & Power Tool Use — Safely operate drills, drivers, torque tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks. Line Support — Stage parts, load components, and keep assembly lines supplied to maintain production flow. Quality Verification — Inspect completed assemblies for defects, alignment, and correct installation. Final Unit Preparation — Prepare finished units for testing, packaging, or movement to the next production department.
Repair Worker Duties:
Diagnostic Evaluation — Inspect returned or malfunctioning ATM components to identify issues or failures. Component Repair & Replacement — Repair, rebuild, or replace defective parts to restore full functionality. Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting — Use testing tools and repair procedures to resolve wiring, circuitry, or mechanical problems. Reassembly & Testing — Reassemble repaired units and perform functional tests to ensure they meet Diebold standards. Documentation — Record repairs, parts used, and diagnostic results in Diebold's tracking systems. Production Support — Work closely with assembly and quality teams to ensure repaired units re‑enter production correctly. Warehouse Worker Duties Receiving & Unloading — Unload inbound shipments, verify counts, and inspect materials for accuracy or damage. Inventory Handling — Scan, label, and organize parts using RF scanners and Diebold's inventory systems. Material Staging — Prepare and stage components for assembly lines, ensuring correct parts reach the correct departments. Picking & Pulling Orders — Pull parts based on work orders, kits, or production needs with accuracy and speed. Forklift & Equipment Operation — Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, or carts to move materials safely. Quality Checks — Inspect parts for defects, verify correct labeling, and ensure materials meet Diebold standards. Shipping Preparation — Pack, wrap, and prepare outbound shipments, including documentation and labeling. General Warehouse Upkeep — Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all safety procedures.
