Job Description

Description The Production Assembler-Level 1 assembles products or components focusing on ensuring items are put together according to specific instructions, drawing and/or quality requirements. Responsibilities Verify cable/ wire and parts against work order bill of material and drawings. Read drawing/build work order instructions and verify cable/wire cut lengths. Build assembly per drawing/quality specification and requirements. Test first piece connector assemblies for electrical continuity. Make visual inspections on crimps and solders. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues when necessary. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Ensure work order build times conform to build standards and order due dates. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating parts. Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
