We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work. The role involves assembly work using hand and power tools, following SOPs, reading bills of materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. What You'll Be Doing Assemble products manually and with hand or power tools. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer specifications. Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs). Inspect products for quality before moving them to the next production stage. Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Report equipment issues and production concerns promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read and understand instructions written in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and ability to work with tools. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. #3484LI
