Job Description

AeroControlex is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble precision aerospace products ensuring quality, and reliability. If you enjoy hands-on work and are motivated by building high-quality products in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Schedule:
Full-Time, 1st Shift with consistent overtime opportunities What You'll Do Assemble precision aerospace and industrial products, components, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and quality standards Follow written and verbal instructions, including blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and manufacturer documentation Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company, customer, and quality requirements Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area Work independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules Perform other related duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or technical school certificate Previous assembly, manufacturing, or technical production experience preferred Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, or manufacturing documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work overtime to support production schedules and customer requirements Basic computer skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off AeroControlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
