Now hiring an Assembler Work Cell Lead for a company in Streetsboro. Monday - Friday and every other Saturday. Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour, but could be more depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Set lines for success by stocking all materials needed for the job. Ensure each person understands job requirements and wears appropriate PPE. Train new hires and provide ongoing training for existing employees. Complete daily quality inspections and necessary paperwork. Cover all breaks for employees and be sure work in lines is consistent. Handle any issues and repairs within zones and ensure bundles are wrapped correctly. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with Bills of Material, inspection processes, and training procedures. Previous experience in a supervisory role.
