Production Line Worker

• Produce quality parts in a safe, productive and cost-efficient manner creating minimal scrap. Essential Functions
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Per production schedule, process parts according to Operating Standards, process sheets and IWI's.
• Finish and inspect all parts to meet customer quality standards as assigned.
• Pack all parts in customer approved containers with correct quantities and labels as assigned.
• Complete and record daily checks as described in IWI's as assigned.
• Ability to obtain multiple job qualifications to rotate throughout the shift.
• Report any excess scrap issues as they arise to the Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report safety issues as they arise.
• Work with other operators to ensure quality product and a good working environment.
• Maintain 3S standards to ensure a safe work environment and a quality product.
• Utilize the proper handling, storing and disposal of generated waste.
• Blasting as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education and Experience
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus Work Environment This job operates in an industrial plant environment.

Plant can be hot to work within and is fast-paced at times. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand up to 100% of the workday, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, push/pull, twist and bend. The employee must frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Must have ability to perform repetitive motions. Able to reach a height/distance approximately 4 feet. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard work times are Monday through Friday. Must be able to work weekday and/or weekend overtime when needed to meet customer demand.
