In this on-site role, you'll assemble products and components using hand tools and basic equipment, following written work instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures. Responsibilities include meeting production goals, inspecting parts for quality, reporting defects, and keeping your area clean and organized. You'll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while benefiting from MyWorkChoice's flexible, tech-enabled scheduling, stable W-2 employment, and supportive, inclusive culture. Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to work instructions and diagrams Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality standards Meet daily production and accuracy targets Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards Report issues with materials, equipment, or quality to supervisors Work collaboratively with team members and follow direction from leads Use basic computer systems or scanners to track work or inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Adapt to changing production needs and different assembly tasks as assigned Required Skills Mechanical assembly Use of hand and power tools Reading work instructions and diagrams Basic measurement (ruler, calipers) Quality inspection Production line operation Basic computer or scanner use Material handling Safety and PPE compliance Time management
