Automation, Measurement & Analytics About the Role We are looking for an ETO Production Assembler to join our Bartlesville manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble ABB products and systems while following established processes, quality standards, and safety requirements. You will work with hand tools and manufacturing equipment, read technical drawings and work instructions, and help ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on schedule. Your Responsibilities Assemble products, systems, and panels according to technical drawings, work instructions, and established production processes. Use hand tools, light equipment, and other manufacturing tools to complete assembly activities safely and efficiently. Perform quality checks and testing throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards. Follow standard operating procedures, production schedules, and established safety and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and properly handle materials, tools, and equipment. Identify and communicate quality, material, equipment, or production issues to team leaders or supervisors. Work collaboratively with other production team members to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and develop the skills needed to perform increasingly complex assembly work. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or technical experience is preferred; relevant hands-on experience will be considered. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, written instructions, and standard operating procedures . Ability to safely use basic hand tools and perform hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and reliable attendance . Preferred Previous experience in electrical, electronic, instrumentation, panel assembly, or industrial manufacturing. Experience with hand tools, power tools, electrical/mechanical assembly, wiring, or testing equipment. Experience working in a structured manufacturing environment with quality standards, production targets, and standardized work processes.
