Star Truss is looking for a Truss Manufacturing Laborer to join our team on first shift, 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for laborers who are ready to jump into daily truss manufacturing processes including pulling and loading lumber, working with hand and power tools, laying out and adjoining trusses and loading out build floor and roof trusses. Requirements Ability to accurately perform work based on provided instructions Demonstrated success working safely and following all
PPE/OSHA
guidelines Preparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environment. Reliable transportation Capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. team lift Good attitude, social skills, work ethic and team spirit Ability to pass physical capacity testing, drug testing and
E-Verify Preferred Experience:
Forklift operation or certification Experience using a tape measure, hand tools and power tools Truss building experience
