Superior Signs , a locally owned company for more than 30 years, is seeking new team members to help with our growth. . Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with extreme attention to detail. We manufacture and install extremely well made and long lasting products so short cuts are not tolerable. Must be able to read shop drawings, fabricate from those drawings, and a knowledge of signage electrical components are needed as well. CNC operator is a plus. We are in growth mode, and in process of building a brand new 10,000 sq. ft facility, and need quality team members Pay based on experience level. Responsibilities and Duties This position is integral to the production of our custom signage for our clients. Responsible for building high quality, custom signs for our local and regional client base, this role works to diligently present branding solutions in a timely, efficient manner. Qualified candidates will have some experience in fabrication and the following: Prior experience with basic electrical wiring, welding and torching Experience with welding both steel and aluminum Ability to read and interpret sketches and specifications of custom designs Self- motivation with a sense of urgency Ability to work in a team environment
