Packaging Line Worker ($15-15.50/hour - Okarche, OK) Job Description Work in a fast-paced production facility supporting the packaging line by packaging, labeling, and loading finished products. This role also includes performing basic quality checks and assisting with related production tasks to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. Responsibilities Support the production line by packaging products according to established procedures and quality standards. Label finished products accurately to ensure correct identification and traceability. Load finished products onto pallets, carts, or designated areas for storage or shipment. Assist with routine quality checks to verify product condition, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy. Help with warehouse-related activities such as loading and unloading materials when required. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a semi climate-controlled production facility designed to support comfort while maintaining efficient operations. The role follows Monday through Friday shifts, with three primary schedules: 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Additional work on Saturdays is usually voluntary, offering extra flexibility. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Okarche, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
