About the Center of Family Love Center of Family Love (CFL) in Okarche, OK is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides residential and employment programs for adults with intellectual disabilities by cultivating their interests, skills and independence to live creative, productive and joyous lives. We are located 30 minutes west of north Oklahoma City.

Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Accounting, the Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of medical billing of our Residents and invoicing in accounting software for Vocational, Residential, and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Departments. Medicaid is the primary billing source through the OHCA State Portal.

Responsibilities:

Experience in Medical Billing, specifically Medicaid, required. Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures required. Competency in MS Office and Excel required. Knowledge of payroll software, such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, and Kronos is highly preferred. Responsible for weekly and monthly billing of Intermediate Care Facility charges, Residential Group Home and Vocational charges to OHCA. Other duties also include posting of the RA's, researching and correcting any denial issues and assisting with other accounting responsibilities. Accuracy and attention to detail required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years of previous Medical Billing experience Experience with Medicaid billing required
