Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for the assembly of components for Plastics Fabrication Department. Cleans, labels and boxes product in Plastics Fabrication Department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Required to understand and follow all safety procedures Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation Perform fusion on all diameters and SDRs of PE Pipe Clean, label and box products in department Other duties as assigned Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures at all times Required to meet or exceed production standards of all work centers daily Required to maintain quality standards on all products Assemble components as required by work instructions Support and participate in the overall EH&S programs Adhere to
ISO 9001
Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and
OSHAS 18001
certification requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within manufacturing environment Thorough, accurate and works error free Able to select the proper component parts required for a work center Basic knowledge of all fusion machines in the department
Education and Experience:
