A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.
This Assembler position supports the production of industrial HVAC units through hands-on assembly and component installation. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable using hand, power, and pneumatic tools in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assemble sheet metal housings, structural frames, panels, and large internal components for industrial HVAC units Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to complete assembly work Read and follow engineering blueprints, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials (BOM) Install and secure HVAC components including compressors, condenser coils, blower motors, fans, dampers, and filtration systems Assist with routing copper tubing and basic wiring and placement of electrical control panels, switches, and junction boxes Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks to identify defects, misalignments, or missing hardware Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all required OSHA and company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Work with team members, material handlers, and supervisors to meet production and shipping deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Industrial assembly, manufacturing, or related mechanical experience preferred HVAC, automotive, sheet metal fabrication, or heavy equipment assembly experience is a plus Experience using air tools, drills, rivets, grinders, torque wrenches, and tape measures Ability to read blueprints or mechanical schematics Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shift Comfortable working around overhead cranes, heavy machinery, and other industrial equipment Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, solid work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
